    Case studies

JWT, the world’s best-known marketing communications brand, commissioned ‘The Cutting-Edge of Online and Offline Retail’ to be delivered to 40 planners and strategists at their London HQ. Over 90 minutes, delegates were shown the future of four key areas: customer experience, convenience, technology and marketing.

"Insider Trends' insight into the latest trends made the session inspiring, interesting and useful. Its breadth and expertise made it well worth the time and the fees. I’d highly recommend it."
    – Shekhar Deshpande, Global Planning Director, JWT

Philips commissioned Cate Trotter, Insider Trends’ Head of Trends, to speak at Berlin’s IFA Conference, the world's largest trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances. Cate’s involvement meant that a session for journalists was a lot more engaging, informative and effective than the standard press conference. Cate outlined key trends in sustainability, health and product design, after which Philips’ Global Design Manager then unveiled a range of new Philips products, demonstrating how they fitted into these trends. The products went on to receive coverage in print and online media, all over the world.

"Insider Trends brought a knowledge and expertise on market and product trends, adding the right level of credibility and gravitas to our journalist workshop presentation. Their input added value, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again."
    – Sasha Naod, Senior Manager, Global Product PR, Philips

The British Library invited Insider Trends to become a partner after a series of sell-out presentations with excellent delegate feedback. "Absolutely fascinating – marketing guru Cate Trotter has an impressive knowledge of the key issues. An enormous number of ideas and examples."
